First Step Services, LLC is a locally owned and operated substance abuse outpatient, intensive outpatient program (IOP) program and mental health treatment center. First Step Services, LLC was founded by Henry Tarkington MSW in 2001. Our goal is to help clients never have another problem with alcohol and/or drug use and live a life free of depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. We provide client centered models of treatment. Our Professionals Programs provide primary care and aftercare lasting 1-3 years. First Step Services, LLC is a leading mental health, alcohol and drug rehab center in the Triangle area of NC. We provide only the highest quality service and care. First Step is in network with all major insurance companies operating in our area.
