Outreach Management Services (OMS)

Located in Gastonia, North Carolina, we specialize in services to children, adults, and families who have mental health and/or substance needs delivered within the context of the individual’s home and community. Our agency is dedicated to the empowerment of the individual through natural and community supports and ensuring that all professional services are delivered in a cost efficient, timely, and clinically effective manner. It is our goal for the individuals served to live as independently and productively as possible.
