    Pathways is a contract agency of the Mental Health, Alcohol & Drug Addiction Recovery Board of Putnam County. Pathways is a Partner Agency of the United Way of Putnam County. Pathways Counseling Center, Inc. at 835 N. Locust St. in Ottawa has served Putnam County in one form or another for over forty years. Established in 1970 as Putnam County Mental Health Services, the agency merged with New Directions Center Outreach and Recovery in 1998 to form Pathways Counseling Center, Inc. Pathways is licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and nationally accredited through CARF.
