    PORT Health Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and we are largely dependent upon public funding to operate. Contributions are used to support the needs of our patients while in our programs. Their mission is improve the lives, health and well-being of individuals and families dealing with substance use and mental health disorders by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
