Samaritan Behavioral Health’s history dates to 1965 when Good Samaritan Hospital announced the creation of the Good Samaritan Community Mental Health Center. This facility was the first of its kind in the Dayton area.Our span of 50 years, Samaritan Behavioral Health’s tradition of providing high quality services to the community has remained strong. Our services have been consistently recognized for their creativity and providing focused care. Locally, we provide a broad array of services for children and adults. Through our highly competent staff and rapid access to services, our mission has become a reality. We are passionately committed to being the best provider of behavioral health services in the region and to improving the quality of life in our community.
